We, the undersigned, residing in the 170, 155 Kent St. buildings in London Ontario and sympathyzers, call for the closure of The London Tap House bar located at 545.5 Richmond St. London Ontario, due to loud chronic disturbing noise which is tantamount to a dreadful case of the abuse of the elderly and disabled residents of 170 Kent St. London Ontario and of which the vast majority of residents of this apartment building are senior pensioners who are disabled and/or are men and women over 65 and of which said senior building is less than 25 meters from The London Tap House bar.
There has already been a meeting between the residents of 170 Kent At, and 155 Kent St. in the early part of 2007 which had resulted in the owner(s) of the London Tap House making all kinds of promises that the noise would be halted. Since then the disturbing noise hasn't stopped and has actually become louder and worse and is affecting the residents' health dreadfully:

The London Tap House bar has been a terribly disturbing noise nuisance for long enough and we the undersigned finally call for the closure of The London Tap House due to health and humanitarian reasons.
