I am asking people to help close broadmoor, rampton, ashworth .these hospitals/prisons serve no purpose today cost the taxpayer a fortune with no results just containment. there are already a few smaller units that have taken patients from the 3 high security hospitals.that are much more cost effective with better results. also the transfer to these high security institutions of prisoners that were due to be released but instead found themselves detained beyond their release date is a serious concern.the independent newspaper has highlighted these cases.
