We are setting forth this petition to permanently close Backstreet Memphis located at 2018 Court Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. This petition is caused due to numerous Dead On Arrivals and rape. Numerous Alcohol Beverage Commission violations, Beer Board Violations, Public Sexual Activity, Shooting, Robberies, Drug related offenses witnessed by the Organized Crime Unit of the Memphis Police Department.
We need to close all business' that operate outside of the laws and we should start with business' that have been known to break the law repeatedly. We must start with Backstreet Memphis to make Memphis a better and safer place.
