Hi Neighbors,

Hope all is well with each of you. Thanks to all of you for helping to make last year's block party/car-free trick-or-treating fun and safe for everyone! Based on the success of last year, we want to do it all again this year :)

The biggest difference is that this year we plan to separate the block party and Halloween and let each be it's own event. We are planning for the Block Party to be on Sunday, August 14th from 2pm-6pm and from 5pm-9pm on Halloween. If we want to hold the block party in August, we need to get our application in soon.

With that, we need YOUR signatures to agree to close the street to thru traffic. And don't worry, your signature does not imply that you won't have access to your house by car all day. As we did last year, we will include a small opening for resident traffic only, so you can come and go as needed. The closure only prohibits unnecessary through traffic.
