Slumlord rentals should be a crime. Poor and disadvantaged people are being sorely taken advantage of and forced to live in unhealthy, uninhabitable, disastrous, and dangerous conditions. The public needs to stand up and fight against this catastrophe. The owner of these properties is a disgusting human being, to allow poor and disadvantaged people to live in such conditions. Anyone can simply stop by any of these properties and see the condition of them, not any of them would pass a general code inspection.
