The FBI seeks to create legislation forcing technology companies to create "backdoors" in their devices, which would allow police to have complete access to personal technological devices, as well as the ability to wire-tap and monitor devices.

This is an infringement on First Amendment rights regarding right to privacy clauses in addition to Fourth Amendment rights regarding limits on search and seizures.
