    Comments: CyberCrime has sullied our reputation almost beyond belief. Each time I visit a web site that would not let me complete registration because I am in Nigeria, or an online merchant would unfortunately not accept my business offer because I reside in Nigeria, it hurts. There's many more reasons out there why we NEED this legislation., but the ones I mentioned easily come to mind.
