    Comments: I feel the whole re-tendering is a farce it has not been thought through properly.service users are people with right they should have a say in who supports them. they cannot be used in the bidding war within the council they are happy with the services they receive so why not leave them as they are happy. re direct payments of £12.65 how are companies able to offer a proper service for that amount of money the would have to cut back on somethings and it would be the service users that suffer as a result. Surely that is not what the care proffesion is all about it is about providing a service that helps support these vulnerable paople not short changing them

    Comments: i have no confidence in someone who tries to force through tender plans both ill concieved and poorly planned. some of the problems could be seen from the start and i think had it been put into place we would have seen more problems. also all those who think that support workers earn to much ought to look closely at the pay and job description of those working in the non profit organisations, i think they may feel some shame at thier plans if the care users plight isnt enough to sham them.
