| 151 | George Price | We need a strong and united Democratic party to take full control of the government next year. |
| 152 | Robert Collins | I voted for President Clinton twice, supported him among my southeast Virginia friends for years, even with lying under oath and even after George Bush became president, but Senator Clinton's negativity is too harmful for all of us Democrats. She won't get more delegates, so she should either campaign positively or withdraw. |
| 153 | Timothy S. Hecht | “Ding dong, the Witch is is dead, which ole Witch, the Wicked Witch”. “Ding dong the wicked Witch is is dead”
“High ho, the merry O, Sing it high, sing it low, ding dong the wicked Witch is is dead”. |

| 155 | Anonymous | At the start of this campaign, I told friends I did not care who won. Any one of you would make a good president.
Your unscrupulous campaign has changed that perception. I would not vote for you now. John McCain at least has some scruples. |
| 156 | Beth Neu Weaver | I was fine until all the post-Texas and Ohio crap. |
| 157 | Jon Knight | Please do the right thing and give this up. |
| 158 | Rowland Scherman | Mrs Clinton: You pride yourself on being smart. Prove it, by quitting the race and uniting the party--for once. |

| 162 | Anonymous | Please withdraw an allow the party to unify behind Mr. Obama. |
| 163 | Henry Scott | It is time to support the front runner. |
| 164 | marlene wallace | The party's over, it's time to call it a day. We need to stop John McCain, more than we need a 'first woman president'. |

| 166 | Scott Silton | While I do hope you will drop out sooner rather than later, I'm not sure that is as important as refraining from tearing down Obama, it just isn't acceptable. Your electability arguments are just not making sense. If you can't admit that Obama ran a superior campaign that shows that he has the political skills to be competitive in November then you don't deserve to become President, that's just too arrogant and arrogance is a Bush trait we need to leave behind. You seem to have abandoned talking about policy which was always something I could respect about your candidacy. The kitchen sink -- not so much. |
| 167 | Jeremy Aldridge | Please leave. |
| 168 | Helayne Perry | |
| 169 | EGESA RONALD LEONARD | Please Hillary withdraw from the race and prove to the critics that you put the Party and country above your self! As things stand now, you are viewed as a selfish fellow and a person who will stoop on to anything to win it |
| 170 | Patricia Gaedeke | The lying, spinning attacks are not what our country needs right now. Trying to draw a correlation between pledged delegates (primary) and the electoral college (general election) put me over the top. Time to call it quits. |
| 171 | Andrea Johnson | Let's move on. |
| 172 | Marybeth Ramey | I've lived outside of the US since 1998 in Asian countries. What has happened to my country? What has happened that has quelled true American spirit and values? I grew up in the 60's and 70's and marveled at all the positive changes made because the citizenry cared deeply about the words in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, espcially the ..."equality for all" parts. Women gained validity as human beings with the right to be the captains of their own ships. What about the citizenry rising up against a wrong "war" in SE Asia resulting in the US pulling out without a "victory". The people propelled these changes. Gay rights and separation of religion and government. Why is religion now a part of the political discourse at all?
And by the way, so what if Obama IS a Muslim? I live in Malaysia, a secular government with a majority Muslim population. They appear to be as human as I am.
And why isn't Reverand Wright being applauded instead of demonized? The America I thought i knew welcomed criticism in order to better itself. In fact, it was the world leader in bettering people.
What has happened to my country. Everytime Americans are shown on the international news, all i see are incredibly obese people with something in their mouths. I guarantee that my 21 year old son who grew up outside of the US, knows not only where countries are located but their capitals and other info. The American education system is failing society. It should be required for all high school students to spend one year outside of the US before graduating. There is actually a whole world out there and that matters today more than ever. When new expat families arrive from the US, their arrogance and their ignorance and most worrying their absolute lack of curiousity about other cultures, politics and mores of their host countries is stunning. When i first came here i was so proud to be an American and have everyone know. The response? "I like you and your family very much. You are nice people. I hate the American government though but i know you have nothing to do with that." Even the poorest, illiterate people knew to separate the two.
I watched with horror as not only George W was nominated but was allowed to buy the election. I fully expected the citizenry to mutiny. At the very least I expected the MEDIA to investigate and dwell on the negatives. Nothing. What has happened? My own 9 siblings care zero about my life here. My last job was as an assistant professor in S.C. When I told my colleagues my husband was born in Lebanon, they would giggle and say, "aahhh I forget, where is Lebanon anyway"? And this was 1982 during the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut! And i am so sorry but i feel i must point out that NO, my husband is not Muslim, he is Christian. But like most Lebanese, Muslim and CHristian, he does not practice any religion once out of his country.
How can real feminists allow someone like Hillary Clinton to represent them in a gender issue? She is the stereotype we worked so hard to overcome. And now she is supposed to potentially represent women? There are women here as Ministers (Senators) who are Muslim and in four short years passed a Violence Against Women act of Parliment. These women may speak on my behalf anytime, but a woman who uses her gender to portray victimness to win at all costs, is setting women back at least 50 years. Shame on the United States for allowing this to happen.
Do American really appreciate just how reviled they are and worse, ridiculed around the world? They don't care because they choose not to care. On the cable networks that carry American TV shows do you know what is played around Asia? "A 5th grader is smarter than adults" programming, or the supposedly funny segment Jay Leno does when he goes outside and questions people on the street with simple questions and they give back retarded answers? This is how the USA is marketed. Does anyone there care?
My son now is a manager trainee in Phuket (Thailand) and my daughter is a banker in Japan. Both would never be able to find peers back "home". Is this what we want for our children's children? Big, FAT, ignorance and self absorption?
How very sad. And now along comes a person who can actually think on his own and can bring up the obvious and try to start discussions again. I don't have to repeat what happens when he does that. Where did Americans go? I am certainly anti-present day America and will never come back until i see changes in the pysche of people there. I feel sad I lost a precious part of myself, my own heritage. I see flickers of it in other cultures here and it will indeed bloom again, but not in this kind of USA. |
| 173 | Pete Tittl | Not your year. Please serve the nation in other ways, and help us fix the mess Bush left behind. |

| 185 | Charlotte | If you somehow manipulate the system to get the go ahead at the convention, I won't vote for McCain, I will stay at home like so many, many more of my friends. |
| 186 | Phyllis | Senator Clinton, I respect your service to this country but I feel that you can do the best for the country by remaining in the Senate and becoming the dominant force for change by supporting President Obama. I will vote for you but now that my children will just stay home if you are the nominee. |
| 187 | Anonymous | Please. And if you can't, PLEASE stop tearing down Obama and doing Karl Rove's dirty work for him. Please. |
| 188 | Megan H | |
| 189 | Drew Williams | dito |
| 190 | Lily Bloomingdale | |
| 191 | Leah McKin | At this point, Senator Clinton, you are only subverting the Democratic party and the issues it espouses, and therefore, Democratic voters.
We must win in November, and it is now evident you will not be the nominee.
Withdraw now and start supporting the issues I care about rather than your own desire to be president. |
| 192 | Tori Morris | |
| 193 | Taylor Marsh | OK, I agree, she should concede. Crap, I am going to HATE working at WalMart. |
| 194 | Michael Blum | |
| 195 | Colleen McLean | Dear Senator Clinton. Please, for the good of our country, and for the good of the Democratic Party, stop. If there were any chance, that you would miraculously run a moral campaign I would not feel so strongly. In my 52 years of life, I have never witnessed such disgusting tactics by a Democratic Candidate. You have no conscious, no shame, and have no problem alienating, and angering huge swaths of the population. The last thing 'we the people' need at this time. |
| 196 | Maria Ballantyne | Senator Clinton -- PLEASE do what is best for the Party and the country. It's high time. |
