I Clephos Sessions Sr. am petitioning the Conty Court Of Chesterfield to revoke the guardianship of my brother Ricky Sessions Sr. over my brother James Sessions Jr. because he ha staken advantage of him for at least three years now. Ricky is mismanaging James finances and have allowed his home to deteriorate. He never takes him where he wants to go and ignores him when he attempts to talk wiyh him. I have proof from the Comissioner of Accounts that Ricky is spending James money which appears that he is spending it on James but the proof is so evident that all anyone who is in authority has to do is go to James house and talk with him and see the damages to the house, besides Ricky claims that he gives James $500 personal cash every month and I and my other family members know that he is spending James money on himself but makes it look like he is spending it on James. I have contacted James social worker, Chesterfield County Protective services, Veterans affairs and they have done nothing but look at the paperwork that Ricky provides and listen only to him, but James will tell you the truth, I am now in contact with the Comissioner of Accounts in hope that he will go to James house and talk to James because I do not believe the other agencies have, if they did then they just do not care. Please help my brother James, he is 100% service connected in a wheel chair and no one seems to care except my other brother and two sisters. I love both my brothers as well as all of my family but, this is definately abuse and it needs to be stopped. Thank you all for reading and signing this petition.
