| 151 | Jamie Cruwys | The marshland is a natural defence against flooding. Seeing as we got flooded, it would be a good idea to leave it there. Marshlands are poor land to build on anyway and many people use it to walk dogs and go there with friends. |
| 152 | Clive | I moved to Quedgeley from South Yorkshire 12 years ago and love the area. Over this time development has been continuous and i feel it is time to stop. Clearwater is the only natural habitat left so why take it away? There is more to life than money money money. Get out, enjoy and fight for conservation. |

| 160 | Paul Warren | we live in the Causeway near by, one of the reasons why we bought the house was the near by wet lands. Plus sell all the houses on the Kingsway site first before you start ruining other areas! |
| 161 | Emily Warren | This is one of the only pieces of green land left in Quedgeley! It has many birds and animals visiting it. Many local children play here too in the summer. The Kingsway estate has many unsold houses and many half built deserted building plots which have been left by bankrupt building companies-buy them first! |
| 162 | Anonymous | There is more than enough housing in Quedegely and this beautiful last piece of land in Clearwater is part of a lovely walk and attracts wildlife if you build on this, you are spoiling the environment. |
| 163 | Alan Jones | This development cannot be justified with all the new houses at Kingsway empty and cannot be sold. This open area is the only area that people can safely walk their dogs and the children can safely play. it is also a wetlands area with many species of birds and animals. Clearwater drive is already used as a shortcut for people using the Causeway and it is already unsafe for children to play outside their homes more hoses will make Clearwater Drive even more danderous. This is another case of developers trying to make a quick buck at the local residents expense and the local council ignoring the local residents needs. |

| 165 | R Page | Quedgeley has done its bit in the supply of housing, both private and social.
I am one of a few born and bred village folk who have for years had to watch the destruction of our fields and hedgerows. My playground has been concreted over, please DO NOT ALLOW the same to happen to this last little bit our wildlifes. |
| 166 | James Wright | With building sites on the Kingsway development being forced to shut up shop because of the economic climate, do we really need a new site in the Quedgeley area.
Where are all the dog owners supposed to walk their dogs in future. Quedgeley is getting worse and worse for dogs fouling pavements. Please do not let it get any worse because of the lack of open spaces. |

| 173 | lorraine hopkins | Dear sir,
please leave this area as a safe and valuable site for the wildlife that are there at present and the ure animals that will visit the site in the future.if its natural wetland surely it would flood in the future like many of the houses in gloucester already do,they need sorting out before they build any more surely???????? |

| 181 | H.Munday | Please can we have some green spaces left in Quedgeley,we have enough building sites ongoing as it is. |
| 182 | june russell | I along with many people regular use the Clearwater site for dog walking and enjoying the natural environment.
Many children also play on the area, surely with childhood obseity being a huge problem it would be criminal to lose such a valuble part of Quedgeley greenland. |

| 184 | Gemma Brindley | There are so few green or wetlands left in Quedgeley, it would be terrible to all residents to lose these are to yet another housing development. The wildlife of this area should be maintained for future generations. |
| 185 | keith millard | Quedgeley is getting further away from the countryside thanks to the greed of the developers. Its time to leave us alone with the little bits of open space thats left. |

| 189 | Anonymous | Please leave us this tiny bit of land rather than cramming more houses in. The children need some space to be able to run, fly kites etc. Quedgeley is big enough concrete jungle now |
| 190 | Ryan Boylett | I think plans for development on the marshlands would be a terrible idea. Not only is it beloved by the locals, it is also technically unsafe to build on. |

| 193 | Mark Jacobson | |
| 194 | Graham Franklin | Clearwater Drive should be saved as it is a lovely area to spend time |
| 195 | Seb Fenn | Just how many new houses do you feel the need
to build on our few remaining green areas? |

| 197 | carol orr | i am opposed to any developement on this land as I often take walks in this area and have done over the past twenty years enjoying the wild life and peace in these surroundings |

| 199 | Claire Johnson | Open spaces are limited in Quedgeley and this is an important area for wildlife and residents. The local amenities are already over stretched (doctors, dentists, schools, shops etc) by the vast number of residents in the area, especially with the recent building on the Kingsway development so it would be ludicrous to add further to this problem by building more residential buildings. |
| 200 | Jeff & Hanna Morgan | Having lived in Quedgeley from August 1985 till AUGUST 2006 , we know the aerea quite well and we know the importance of the area for wildlive and Plants, as we have walked the place for over 20 years. We now live in the Chiltren District and we have more green Spaces 5minutes from our flat than the whole of Quedgeley has.
Good Luck with your fight.
