I would like to file a petition to make Clear Lake located in Eustis, Florida a motor free lake. The lake has been suffering for years with the big boats being put on this small lake when Lake Eustis is only 2 miles max away. With beach wash, and bottom disturbance I feel if this is not done soon the springs will fail and the lake will dry up. The lake has been going down in value ever since a large boat was put in the lake and was causing over 15 inch waves washing up the shore line and also disturbing the springs. This lake is so small it should be used for paddle boats, trolling motors, and small 25hp and jet ski's no more than 550 cc which can pull someone on a float and also ski's and would not cause large wash waves nor would it disrupt the springs.
