This is for people who are current, or former customers of Clear Internet provider. The state of Internet service should be gaining new heights and becoming more easily accessible, this is not the case for anyone who live out in rural areas where Clear is te only means of access. The lack standards of customer assistance, the no notice for long period "maintenance" times, or just the very lack of self accountability. With Sprint now having ownership of te company you would think standards would become overall less s***ty. It's time for Sprint and Clear to either fix their problems immediately or close shop all together. As it is now with the company gone at least when we pay have no Internet access it won't cost us a monthly fee.
