| 161 | Aaron Harman | An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. AKA a cent of prevention is worth a dollar of cure. Isn't that incentive enough? |
| 162 | Elizabeth Yu | Worcester needs to sign on to this program that has already cleaned up numerous other cities in Massachusetts!!! |

| 184 | Judith Diamondstone | Safe needle disposal is a critical public health intervention. It's a realistic, pragmatic alternative to the spread of infectious disease, not only among substance abusers but among the general public, especially children who play in areas where needles are often tossed--public playgrounds, backyards.... |

| 189 | Christian A Grove | I can't remember if I've already signed this; I wanted to make sure I did. I've been living in Worcester for 10 years. I am currently a graduate student at UMass Medical School. I sincerely believe that providing clean needles (as in providing condoms) is an appropriate manner in which to manage these issues and would not significantly suggest endorsement of the dangerous activity. Prevention of the spread of relevant diseases should first and foremost on the agenda of those concerned with public health. Thank you. |
