The purpose Of This petition Is pass a law to clean up our county Trash in yards Junk cars Tires and any other unsightly manor Plus Trash along our creeks and streams we must start caring about our county and State it look so bad i do not want visitors from other states to visit. Please help me with this to get thing done we have several people with homes for sale but the buyers complains about our roads and trash leading in no sells. We must act now our values and our land is not worth much next door or down the road from trash and junk in yards Your voice counts But let not stop here lets Lets call it clean up Arkansas
