39 Signatures Goal: 100

Prop H will build enough solar, wind power and conservation projects to power San Francisco. Prop H Gives San Francisco 100% Clean Electricity. Prop H mandates 100% clean and renewable electricity in just three decades. 51% clean electricity by 2017, 75 % by 2030, and 100% by 2040. Prop H directs the Public Utilities Commission to review all possible methods for getting the City to 100% clean electricity in three decades, and then give us a plan to make it happen. Prop H will give the world a strong new standard for clean, renewable energy by mandating that S.F. run on 100% carbon free electricity within three decades. Prop H leads the world to a carbon free energy future by mandating the highest clean energy standards ever set for a major U.S. city. Prop H takes Al Gores challenge to the world to reach 100% clean electricity, and puts it into practice. Prop H reduces our dependency on fossil fuel and nuclear energy and moves San Francisco to 100% clean solar, wind and conservation measures in just three decades.
