This petition is to have David Stephens (owner) clean up and maintain his house and property located at 15584 Lexington, Redford, MI 48239. :The front and back lawn must be mowed at least once a week and the street and gutter in front of the house must be cleaned and kept free of debris. :The bushes, trees, and debris in the back and front yards must be cut down, bagged, and hauled away. This must be maintained to prevent rats and rodents from entering our neighborhood. :The house needs to be painted and kept neat, the gutters need to be cleaned and maintained.
