Make it a federal offense for any government official accept anything of more than $100 total value, with removal from office and banned from holding office ever again. Minimum sentence 2 weeks in jail so they have a police record. Any Lobbyist or any other individual convieted of offering more than $100 total value will be banned access to any further government employee or representative in any capacity and receive a minimum sentence of two weeks in jail so they too will have a police record.
