Contempt of Court by Geologist Urgent INTERVENTION PLEASE Respected sir , Ref.WPC.no.12310 of 2006(S)Hon.High cort order Geologist order no.939/c2/TDO/2007 Trissur Geologist Have demarcated Sy.No.455,488/1 of Mr.T.P.Viswanathan in Kallur village in TRIKKUR PANCHAYATH Mukundapuram Taluk for clay mining Violating Hon High cort oreders adjacent to Manali River. The former Geologist Mr.T.K.Ramakrishnan had revoked his order no.939/c2/T.D.O/2007 stating that he was fully convinced that the Area comes under the purview of The said High court order. More over during the discussion with the Hon.Chief minister of Kerala in Sutharya Keralam the officials had assured that they will comply with the order.Meeting is going on between the Geologist,Tasildar Mukunadapuram,Village officer to sanction the above said area which is a gross violation of Various High court orders. Kindly find the photographs of clay mining in the Paddy fields of Thuruthikadu-Muriyankol in 2005-2006.With regard to our various petitions and op filed in the hon. high court the division bench had ordered a comprehensive ban on Thuruthikadu-Muriynkol,Pulakkattuakra paddy fields comprising the villages of Trikkur-Kallur,Nenmanikkara on the river banks of Manali river. There has been no mining activity for the last Four years.some how this year the dept of Geology and mining have notified this area as clay bearing where organic paddy and plantain cultivation is going on.added on to it the paddy fields have been plunderd to the depth of 50 feet just nearb to the irrigation canal road . Hence we urge upon the concerned 12 respondents to comply with the order and DENOTIFY the Thuruthikadu-Muriyankol of Kallur-Trikkur villages of Trikkur panchayathand Pulakkatukara paddy fields of Nenmanikara panchayath and protect the only remaining paddy fields for the future generations f ailing which we will be foced to move Trikkur.P.O Ph9446336969, 9388986371 contempt proceedings against 12 Respondents.
