Name: John Hutcheson on Oct 31, 2006Comments: Sending Claudia Nunez back to El Salvador would practically be signing her death warrant. So many people talk about the sanctity of the family. This is an opportunity to act on that belief. thank you for your consideration of this petition.Flag

Name: Rick Casares on Oct 31, 2006Comments: Ms. Jarina, the Nunez family has demonstrated an ability and desire to work hard and raise their family in the U.S. Seperating them from each other does no one any good, and may result in two young children losing their birth mother. Please do whatever you can to keep Mrs. Nunez with her family, thank you.Flag

Name: Newscoma on Oct 31, 2006Comments: I find that compassion is not being considered over a misunderstanding of the beaucracy process, which is always confusing. Compassion and understanding must rule here and the legalities of these situations can be worked out at a later time. I think it's our moral duty to help this woman remain safe and with her children.Flag

Name: Newton Dominey on Oct 31, 2006Comments: i believe that deporting mrs. nunez is a far worse option than having her here, legally or not. mrs. nunez, for whatever reason, made a mistake in not renewing her visa. please don't add another mistake to her case by deporting her.Flag

Name: James W Farrell on Oct 31, 2006Comments: No person of conscience, integrity and dignity could send Claudia Nunez to certain death. No Christian who values family would tear this young family apart. I respectfully request that Mrs Nunez be allowed to remain in the US at least until such time as her safety can be guaranteed. Clearly, that time is not now, or will it be in the near future. Most decidely, her children who are US citizens need their mama with them. To tear a family apart goes against every American value.Flag
