Each year we had the junior class representatives select the order for senior year shirts and each year they had some leeway in whom they chose to put in certain positions along the shirt. However, one thing has become clear, our current junior VP had decided to grant their friends obscene preferential treatment by positioning said VP's best buddies at the top, and relegating the rest of the class towards the bottom. This is not only a symbol for disrespect and reckless disregard for the rest of the class but also of discrimination and outright abuse of this right that was entrusted to our representatives. We believe that the class of 2017 must unite as one, and not divide on the basis of cliques and close corrupt friendships. Therefore, we believe in the interest of class unity that we must push for a nondiscriminatory name ordering system, preferably that used by the school system for attendance and record keeping purposes; which is an alphabetical naming order.
