Name: Anne on Jul 15, 2009Comments: People in government, whether elected representatives or civil servants, should inform themselves about the role they can play in making the economy serve society, instead of forcing society to serve the economy. All should study www.comer.org.Flag

Name: Gord Lepsenyi on Jul 18, 2009Comments: I am so pleased that this challenge is going ahead. It is long overdue and, if successful, will redirect billions of dollars from wealthy private bankers to the Canadian public where it rightfully belongs. What we need to complement this is a massive public education blitz to inform all Canadians of how they have suffered (and will suffer even more in the future) from a corrupt monetary system thanks to private corporate greed aided by complicit politicians.Flag

Name: David Hart on Jul 18, 2009Comments: The Governments (Federal and Provincial) reluctance to use the Bank of Canada as a lender has me mystified. I can only conclude that there are massive kickbacks involved in not using it.Flag

Name: Kevin Connolly on Jul 18, 2009Comments: There is really no reason to continue giving huge profits to the private banks on loans taken out by Federal, Provincial, and Municpal governments. These profits made by the private banks are coming out of the pockets of the Canadian taxpayer. Taxpayers have a big enough burden supporting their governments without enriching Private banks or investors.Flag

Name: Wendy Forrest on Jul 19, 2009Comments: Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King said it best: “Once a nation parts with the control of its currency and credit, it matters not who makes the nations laws. Usury, once in control, will wreck any nation. Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and recognized as its most sacred responsibility, all talk of sovereignty of parliament and of democracy is idle and futile.”Flag

Name: David Boese on Jul 19, 2009Comments: Besides needing monetary reform i.e. give complete control of our monetary system over to the Bank of Canada, we need a new paradigm for managing our economy. I have suggestions in my "New Age Monetary and Economic Model" and will share these ideas with anyone interested. Just email me at dash@vaxxine.com David Boese 905 646 9143Flag

Name: Pierre Parisien on Jul 20, 2009Comments: It is necessary that the banks share with the government the economic governance of the country but the constitution clearly implies that the federal government has final authority, especially in money creation.Flag

Name: Wolfgang Lindemann on Jul 20, 2009Comments: Good timing as US Congressman from Texas, Ron Paul has over 250 signatures from Congress for HR 1207 to audit the Fed. I would hope that you could get some MPs to sign on and support this effort. It is time to hold these monopoly men accountable since they live off of our hard work and wealth.Flag
