I support the constitutional challenge brought by COMER to the loan provisions of the Bank of Canada Act, with respect to loans by the Bank to the federal and provincial governments, particularly as it affects and impacts on municipal infrastructures and the governments calculation of “capital” and “debt.”
I also support COMER's challenge of the Banks secrecy provisions vis-à-vis the interaction and compliance with private international bankers who are not accountable to any government.
