We, the students of Florida Technical College
(Hereafter referred to as "FTC)", collectively band together in this petition, to address grievances against the students of FTC by the Administration, EduK, and Leeds equity Partners.
The withholding of monies entitled to the students as stipends, during our enrollment at the college.
We request third party accounting by an outside accounting firm to be mutually agreed upon by administrators of the school, and an elected student council.
We also request that monetary penalties and damages be awarded to all past and present students and graduates not to exceed five times any monies owed the students as remuneration. This amount and punitive damages of 5,000,000 dollars.
Finally we instruct Patrick Monean as our legal representative and empower him to employ any legal defense and strategies, as he sees fit until such time as replaced by a majority of petitioner.
Finally I realize that there are no promise, whether or implied in this petition.
