Horse Manure in public areas Responsible party: SEABREEZE FARMS STABLES I believe that the government should pass a law which makes it illegal for police officers (And any other horse riders) to leave the excrement from their animals on the pathways and roads, not only is this unsanitary but it also extremely smelly and quite disgusting to see. If dog owners have to clean up after their animals then horse riders should be forced to do the same. This poses a serious health issue to our children and pets who play in these areas. After being warned to stop and limit riding to the 85+ acres available OUTSIDE the neighborhoods, Seabreeze Farms refused. If we can’t pass a law, we can at the very least hit Seabreeze Farms in their pocket books. I am filing a civil lawsuit against this stable and ask that you sign the following petition to keep horse manure out of our public areas:
