    Comments: Illinois definitely DOES currently warehouse prisoners. My daughter was caught up with the wrong group of people at the age of 16, was caught up in a bad situation with two men threatening to rape her and kill her 6 month old baby. By the grace of God, she was able to get the gun away and kill them before they could complete their plan. Even though she suffered fear and humiliation at the hands of these two men, she was handed a life without parole sentence. There is no justice in that sentence, yet she is left with no way out for the rest of her life. She is 32 and has served 13 years behind bars. She has no hope of finding a good life for herself, so where is the incentive to become a good person? Where is the justice here?

    Comments: I do think some of the prison's could have a early release for the inmates who have convictions of DUI'S or simuliar and put on ankle bracelets or half way house's My son is in Vienna and the conditions are bad on roaches, mice and CO are having to do over time and double time as not enough offices This is not good. The expense's of the inmates can't buy anything of reason and most don't have anyone who in family can put money on the books of inmates. Hope something is done and soon.
