TO: Diane Turner, Delta District Superintendent Steve Smoroden, Manager Facility Services, Delta School District Vanessa Ezaki, CRSP Safety, Health & Emergency Preparedness Officer, Delta School District Laura Dixon, Delta School District Trustee, Seaquam Liason We the students, teachers & staff of Seaquam Secondary want a school environment that promotes health, safety and learning. The current conditions are distracting to everyone in the building, as custodial duties are often not performed due to a lack of staff, proper cleaning tools and products, staff training and quality control. We ask that the district hire more trained staff (with replacements in their absence), purchase cleaning tools and products that are effective, and work to meet the standard outlined and approved in the Delta Services Facility Manual.
