After a long time of studying the genetic prospects of the young residents of New Castle, PA and its surrounding areas, we have decided to become Citizens United in weeding out these future breeders. We are not seeking a "Master Race", just one that has at least SOME potential of getting jobs, and contributing SOMEthing to society besides future crack/smack-babies.
