The citizens of Castle Rock come forth together to address the biohazard pollution causing a toxic environment and health and safety hazard in and around the property located at 705 Fourth St., Castle Rock, CO as of July 2012. The citizens request that the pollution at this address be remediated immediately including all of the rubbish, debris, outside electrical heaters, discarded trash and unused equipment, vehicles, antennas, dead trees, fallen tree branches, unknown and unidentifiable trash, including but not limited to the storage container on wheels with unknown contents, as well as, other unknown debris etc. not visible due to the mounds of rubbish, debris and trash currently covering the property. Further, the ground covering containing confirmed dead animals and other decaying organic matter be removed and eradicated to a depth below the level of contamination. The citizens request airborne pollution be contained in a responsible manner during remediation and erradication to avoid further pollution of neighboring properties and for the health and safety of all people of this area. The citizens further request that the occupants conform their behavior going forward with standard practices of human behavior to live in a communal neighborhood where their actions have been destructive and offensive to the rest of the neighborhood.
