We, the undersigned citizens of Concord and other concerned citizens, petition the Concord City Council to deny any request for a “buffer zone” around the Concord Feminist Health Center. It is unnecessary, and an infringement upon our first amendment rights.

My family has walked past that center for years and I know how vital our right to speak freely remains on those sidewalks. We need a final surge to hit 250 because the council members are watching these numbers closely right now.

Constitutional rights dont stop just because someone is uncomfortable. Stop this now.
Ridiculous to think a zone will fix anything. Just another way to silence people who dont agree with them.
Freedom of speech applies everywhere including outside that clinic. Keep the sidewalks open for everyone.
Completely unnecessary and unconstitutional. Why are we even having this discussion?
This buffer zone is total garbage. The city needs to stop overstepping and let people use their rights.
