Wesley Chase of Wesley Chapel is a30 home neighborhoodwith no amenities other than street lighting, entry wall and plantings. Lighting can be paid for directly by residents. Front entry can be plantedsuitably for year round easy maintenance. Volunteers can take part as neighbors when needed. If you would like to dismiss the management company and be a democratic self managed neighborhood, please sign this petition. If you do not vote it will be counted as a vote toward the removal of the HOA management group at newly billed $400.00 in annual fees, a one hundred dollar increase per year as of 2014, with no notice or vote on the budget by the residents of our neighborhood.
