In conformity with Quebec's charter of freedoms proposed banishment of head coverings, we demand that only males who have been circumcised continue to be employed by the Québec government. Head Coverings, whatever their shape, or wherever they may found, have no place in a secular society. Additionally, we request that the government create a special inspection agency to vigorously investigate and weed out any civil servants appearing to work with such inappropriate head coverings.
