We, the undersigned, are in support of HF308/SSB 1035. This bill would require hospitals and outpatient surgical facilities to report annually its use of circulating nurses in each separate operating room where surgery is being performed. We believe that this will give patients the ability to make informed choices as to where to receive safe, well-staffed surgical procedures.
