Unlimited customers are getting done over once more by Cineworld. Not only do they refuse to allow us to book in advance online, tell us when we forget our card there is no way they can get our details to let us in (even though they can! demand they phone to confirm your a Unlimited user) The latest way of taking advantage of regular loyal cinema fans is to charge us £1.50 for the 3D specs. They also refuse to allow you to bring a pair from the previous film you seen. Instead insisting that you pay every time. Not a very green policy either, you would think that with global warming on the increase Cineworld would be keen to reduce their carbon footprint instead of boosting thier fat cat profits!
