We, the undersigned proud citizens of the city of Cincinnati, implore Cincinnati City Council and the City Manager to recognize the importance of funding city pools for the use of all citizens as both participants and employees and to use just under $900,000 of the unexpected $5 million to open 19 of the Cincinnati City Recreation Commission pools listed below in June 2011 and commit to funding this important city service in future years.
