Comments: I have an ongoing program at the church featuring two scientists teaching how science really does agree with the Scriptures. This is a Sunday night instruction. I also debate in a chat room and present programs on Christian doctrine including a defense of the Trinity and other orthodox Christian doctrines.

Comments: Christianity has the best answers, and Christians need to learn them. The answers equip Christians with confidence to evangelize and to hold onto faith during periods of doubt. Not having the answers causes meekness in evangelism and leaves the faithful vulnerable to falling away during times of doubt. Young people are leaving in droves because atheists are successfully attacking Christianity in college, on the Internet, and in the wider culture - often without answer. If we fail to equip our young people with answers to these attacks we are sending them out to do battle completely without arms. Rational defense of the faith through apologetics and Christian evidences is absolutely vital to any well-rounded church.

Comments: Do you think all Christians should know why their faith is true, and be able to explain why to others? Will you sign this petition?

Comments: Apologetics has made me stronger in my faith. When a child starts questioning religion it is important to have answers. I predict that churches that actively teach apologetics will have more success because it will give confidence to the Christian while witnessing.
