I and the undersigned think it is time that Ralph Wilson be removed from ownership and operations of the Buffalo Bills. As he has let it be known that Buffalo will be sold to the highest bidder upon his death. This continues the actions of the seventies and eighties which forced the league to threaten a lawsuit. I believe that the Bills should remain in Buffalo.
