Christopher McCowen did not receive a fair trial nor an impartial jury. He is serving time for a murder he didn't commit. Subsequently, the murderer/s are still free. Justice has not been served, and he is suffering for the deeds of another. He was rail-roaded by the prosecution team, desperate for a conviction. 3 members of the jury said the jurors were racists. The judge denied all of defense motions for his client. There was no evidence of him at crime scene, only evidence of a sexual encounter with murdered woman. Retired detective called it "classic frame job", retired lawyer called it "sad day for justice in Massachusetts" I call it unbearable sadness of my friend dying in a prison cell for someone else's crime.
