We want to bring international artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude to the Bloomington-Normal area. They are known for their large-scale projects where they wrap things such as buildings and bridges. In an effort to revitalize Downtown Bloomington, Christo and Jeanne-Claude will come here and transform the Old Courthouse by wrapping it in brightly colored fabric.
