My Daughter, Victoria Age 10 started a company called ITZ 4 KIDZ BY KIDZ where she fights causes one at a time and helps children to do volunteer work in their communities.  She took a trip to the Houston Food bank.  94% of the food goes to working families and of that # 47% are children.  She asked them their Christmas Wish and it was to move the 48 bus closer.  The HFB Services 137,000 families a week and most take the bus -Volunteers, parents and children must walk a mile (1/2 mile each way) carrying 80 lbs of groceries and some with children to receive meals each week.  You can help by signing this petition to move the bus stop closer.  What an inexpensive Christmas gift to help out 100,000 riders with one signature.  Give the Gift that they need this holiday-Move the 48 bus stop to the Food bank.  Thank you and Happy Holidays from my family to yours.
