For many years the Japanese have been hunting and killing whales. The Sea Shepherds are the only protectors of whales in the southern Atlantic.They recently lost their ship the Ady Gildue to violent Japanesecaptains. On January 5, 2010, in an unprovoked attack captured on film, the Japanese security ship Shonan Maru No. 2 deliberately rammed and caused catastrophic damage to the Sea Shepherd trimaran Ady Gil. The vessel was cut in two.The owner of the ship put all of his money into the ship and that was taken away from him when the Japanese ship hit the AdyGil.What I want people to do is help fund the Sea Shepherds and buy them a new ship like the Ady Gil so they can help fight against whaleling.
