Chloe Beall was severely injured in a tragic car accident involving a relative driver. Farmers Insurance is refusing to pay the medical bills and associated costs of care for Chloe because Chloe is a relative of the driver and at the time of the accident was temporarily residing in her relative\'s home. Farmers Insurance considers this a \"family member exclusion\" on the policy and it states that \"we do not provide liability coverage for you or any family member or for bodily injury to you or any family member.\" A family member is defined as those living with you and related by blood, marriage, or adoption. Farmers reason for this exclusion is that there is a greater risk of fraudulent claims by the members of the same family. The law of the state of Texas is that in the case of family member exclusion the insurance company must only pay minimum limits. Chloe and her family have been put in a situation that NO family should EVER have to find themselves in! Please help Chloe and make sure her family receives the medical funds they so desperately need to provide Chloe with the care she deserves from Farmers Insurance. We need your help! We need as many signatures as possible in the next week so this petition can be forwarded to Farmers Insurance! Please take a moment to let Chloe know you care! Farmers Insurance motto is: \"You can depend on Farmers\"...they are one of the largest Auto and Home insurance companies in the country. They are a leader in the Commercial insurance market and provide insurance in 40 states with assets of OVER $30 billion! YES, $30 BILLION and they refuse to pay a documented and justified claim! If you would like to contact them in addition to signing the petition you can at: Farmers.com 4680 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. 90010 (208) 239-8400 Thank you for your help, care and concern

But there is also a sense of morality and general concern for others that is involved here. What kind of company is Farmers Insurance Is it just a company concerned with the bottom line And is Farmers really not the moral, concerned company that they have built their reputation upon It is time to decide what your company's purpose really is To help people, or to simply help yourselves.
