    Comments: This is a woman who gave her kids away to me their Grandmother. She was to pay half the cost of having the papers drawn up then also pay child support to me. It did not happen. When the judge finally gave custody to my son there was to be NO VISITING priveledges but my son did not want to be mean to the girls so he allowed them to see their Mother but even that was if it suited her. Many times she upset the girls terribly letting them think they would get to see her and she would at the last minute not show up or would tell them not to come. Now she does not allow them to talk to their Father and if he calls them she monitors the calls and tells them to get off the phone. Dale NEVER treated the children like that and does not deserve himself to be treated in this way. He was good enough to be their caretaker when they were young and needed FULL attention but now they are old enough to look after themselves their Mother has now decided she wants them although she did not want the younger of the two. This kind of treatment has to stop and I hope my son is the one to do it not only for himself but for other men in this same position. They are humans also and it would be nice if someone saw the abuse given out by women and put a stop to it.

    Comments: My husband has custody of his daughter and i have guardianship authoring her medical and schooling,etc..The child is 5yrs old, and we have had her since she was 5months old. The mother to this day has not payed a cent for child support, and child support enforcement is now finally taking her to court for contempt/arrears. Her father works very long hard hours, to pay for her medical bills, etc, we are self-employed, we have to pay for medical expenses out of our pocket, and the mother gets away with not helping at all. We cannot afford an attorney, because it will take away from the child's needs, considering we are the only supporting parents. It's very hard, and it's not fair, Mother's get away with, but not the Father's. It's called sympathy and favortism. Women should be treated equal to men due to the simple fact they helped make the child as well as the man. It takes two to make one, it should take two to equally help. It's pathetic. I would continue to post it in the news journal on a regular basis, the right person will eventually read it and do something about it. For now, go to court and file a petition for arrears. Keep taking it to court, request for her taxes to be taken. Call Child support enforcement EVERYDAY to get your money back, squeaky wheel gets its oil. Good luck. You're not the only one going through this. Other father's are too.

    Comments: My husband has been discriminated against by the Oregon Child Support department for over 10 years that I've been with him. Time and time again, they manipulate the numbers in the mother's favor!! We are so ready to find a lawyer to sue the state of oregon for sexism!! Good Luck!

    Comments: I also know a man paying child support for 1 child yet he recieves nothing for the one he has to take care of. They take from the child he has and do not do anything to help him. Why should she get away without paying and he doesn't. It is not fair.

    Comments: My fiance and I are going through the same thing he has had custody of his boys for 10 years and she got away with $150 amonth ordered child support but has failed to pay. In September 2005 she tried to get cusody of the boys and we in tern filled for contempt & modification of child support. The judge reduced her child support to zero and found her in contempt for only $150 a month for back child support. But is no longer obligated for current Support. She still has not paid a dime and its now been 9 months and nobody has done anything about seeing to it she pays. How the hell this judge came up with her figures is beyond us. There is no justice for Fathers who should be getting child support from the mothers. And the guidelines the courts "follow" apply only to women who claim they can't pay support not to men. Her now 2nd husbend filled to have his support reduced to zero as well and he two fell below the supposed self reserve test and was still ordered to pay his x-wife $169 a month. There is only justice and guidelines that protect women not men. And I'm a women and know first hand how men have know rights.

    Comments: wow we read your story it sounds alot like ours.I got custody of my son 5 years ago before that i was ordered to pay 440.00 a month then it went to 560.00 when I recieved custody my ex was not obligated to pay anything even thoug she works and makes more money then I . I have a new family including my son we have 6 children. when the judge decided there would be no support odered he did tell us that she would be responcible for half of my sons medical bills and every day needs in the past 5 years we have recieved nothing . She has sisnce disapeared and wants nothing to do with her son .Funny how when the money stopped she quit comming around. I feel for you and hope you get every bit you deserve.It seems if you live in arizona you get nothing if you are a father and have custody however if you are the mom with custody the tables are so turned . again good luck to you .You are not the only dad going thru this

    Comments: I feel for you, I am on disability and I don't mind paying but, when it isgoing and has been going to the mother who lost the child to D.S.S. some 3 plus years ago please dont get me going its a long story. At any rate she has been getting my child support (the mother) and she dont have custody of the child, the girl is in foster care and thats another conspiracy and a long story. we simply as fathers have no rights. i am at times left with 93.00 out of my disability to live on for a month. ............. good luck we all need some relief, I am not against my daughter getting the money at all i want her mother to step up and stop being the dead beat she really is, all while she thinks she is "mother of the century", although i will give her credit for cleaning herself up however.... her vindictiveness is coming through and makes me wonder how clean she really is now.well this is your petition and i have sined it and wish you the best. I will just pay and pay and someday i will find myself a nice refridgerator box to live in , as I am semi homeless now.

    Comments: I have a 6 year old boy of whom I am the single custodian parent to. My son and I were awarded a judgement almost 3 years ago and his mother has gotten away with not paying the order. Every time the enforcement unit garneshes her wages, she quits her job. It's a big cycle and she's been in court soooo many times. They always threaten to put her in jail, but they never do. The bonus, I have to pay confinement expenes ($50 a month for the next 7 years). You see, in NY state, it's the father who is responsible for the medical bills incurred from the pregnancy, not both the parents. So I pay my support, but can't get any help getting money from the ex...

    Comments: I Think The Laws Need To Be Changed Right Now My Boyfriend Has Paid For Years For His 2 Children and His Ex Has Been Getting Her Fathers Social Security Income Plus Working Plus Welfare For Not Only 2 Children But Plus 2 Others Plus She Works Plus The Child Support Come On How Fathers Need Justice As Well He Got Laid Off Recently and fell 3 months behind they took his Income Taxes Well That Was All Well And Good Now The Child advocate Sent A Form Wanting More Money For Something Else How Is This Justifiable Its Just Not Right!

    Comments: My ex pays nothing and sees our daughter 50% of the time. My new partner sees his boys 30% of the time and pays a ludicrous sum to his ex along with having given her everything he had. She is now embargoeing his cottage that we have spent 2 years reforming from a shell and uses his boys as weapons to leech more from him
