Name: John Salamon on Feb 21, 2003Country: AUComments: The child support agency and the family law court has completely ruined my life, giving me a nervous breakdown. The Federal Government are no better than terrorists, as they know the the problems that exists, but fail to do anything for fear that their precious positions in parliament may be compromised by a feminist backlash at the polls. The CSA is a front for the feminist NAZI movement. Currently I have no job, no social life, no wife or family. I stay at freinds or relatives as the CSA denies me any means to support myself due to the ridiculously high child support, their opinion, as with my ex is that my only purpose in life is to pay!!!!! I have not seen my two sons in over four years due to my ex's refusal to allow me to see them, unless i pay her extra money above child support. A simple case of extortion. I once thought that no person is essental evil, but know I know otherwise! This is a war of attrition, and i personally will not roll over, I will not live on my knees nor will i give up the fight......EVER!Flag

Name: Roger Khoury on Feb 22, 2003Country: AUComments: The injustice of The Family Court and the 'system' that puts men on the fringe of parenting must stop now. Allow shared parenting as the first step with separated parents. Negotiation can then take place on individual circumstances.Flag

Name: L.B. Loveday on Mar 12, 2003Country: AUComments: All Australian children should be afforded the benefits my daughter has as a result of shared parenting. Unfortunately that came as a result of two years of litigation culminating in an 8 day trial that took the child's house from her and delivered the proceeds to lawyers. She has a considerably reduced standard of living in consequence of the law not mandating a presumption of shared residency.Flag

Name: Roger Khoury on Mar 16, 2003Country: AUComments: I whole heartly support this petition. The situation of non custodial parents (mostly fathers) is a disgrace forcing children not to have appropriate access to their fathers. In many cases this is so that child support can be maximised by the mother. The anti father culture adpoted in courts (I have personal experience and know of countless cases) must be reversed. Studies are now showing how important fathers are the the development of their children.Flag
