Due to the mass murder at the little elementary school in New Town, Connecticut, I want to try and get a law passed that will allow all school doors to be locked from the outside, having to make all visitors ring a doorbell, show identification as well as finding out a reason why the person needs to come into the school. If all schools are equipped with video cameras, intercom systems, as well as a surveillance system in the office, it will give me more peace of mind to send my child to a public school. Five of the eleven deadliest shootings in US History have taken place in the last five years. Please help by signing this petition to make it mandatory for all public schools.
