   Comments: Besides Evan, someone at our school was caught with pot, and only got susspended for a day. I realize he shouldnt have brought that pen to school, but I am sure he learned his lesson. It wasnt a drug, it couldnt cut someone...please, Evan should beable to come back to our school. He should only be in trouble, with the consequeces to a susspend, not expelled. Thank you.

ITS NOT A WEAPON. i think its retarded that anyone would react that way to a toy. its not a gun, doesnt resemble a weapon, it looks like a pen. If the kid that brought it didnt do anything, then why expell him it makes no sense. yes he may have supplied it, but do u put people who make guns in prison when somebody shoots another person with them no. this is just my opinion.
