Comments: Ya know, if this gets passed, businesses might try to not hire anyone with children, but that would be totally outrageous and would not go through. Good job Samantha!

Comments: I think it is a great asset for companies to help as well as for the workers to have closer access to their children if something urgent was to happen and I think it gives parents a better frame of mind and increase work production. So in many cases it is a win win situation.

Comments: I have four kids and needless to say I'm constantly having to take off from work, come in late, or leave early for a variety of reasons concerning my children. It would make a huge difference in my attendance and performance.

Comments: I am a mother of a three year old child. My husband works 70 hours a week. In order for me to cover the costs of private childcare and still have time to spend with my son, I had no choice but to return to work as a waitress -- short hours and short pay. In order to take my career into a new path, I would have had to take an entry level job that does NOT pay high enough wages to meet the costs of daycare. PLEASE HELP MOTHERS LIKE ME!

Comments: Hi, I went to college for four years to work with children and graduated with a bachelors in child development. I cannot afford to work, but I do. I ended up paying my childcare more than I made. I can't afford to pay off my student loans. I make nothing and cannot get childcare assistance... help me.
