    Comments: The laws are not enforced. The federal laws are too lax. Our children our suffering and being stripped of the opportunities which could better prepare them for adulthood. Child support is child abuse by neglect but is swept under the rug. This is America's dirty little secret.

    Comments: Please do something to make the courts enforce the laws that are already there. My deadbeat has not only disobeyed court orders but has fled the state, violating federal and state law (both felonies). The child support enforcement office in this state does not enforce the law either....they make "deals" with the NCP without the CP's knowledge or consent. I consider Child Support Enforcement (in Florida)to be inept, uninformed and unreliable.

    Comments: I live in OK,but my ex is in AZ.My worker keeps putting it off on AZ for not collecting for me.Keep getting the run around when it's court ordered and I have all info on him. I just don't understand why they don,t take any action. My CSE worker told me she didn't have time to wait on hold on the phone with AZ, can you believe it I thought it was her job. Aren't there laws to help me

    Comments: i have been lied to by enforcement agency here in marion ohio for 2 yrs now this has destroyed my life and my sons emotonal health i have proof,documents,court papers by the bunches,i can swear in a court of law what child support said and did and i cannot find the proper person to file sever complaint on this office. this should not happen to any women ever they don;t realize what they have done to a good family and many other good mothers. i get phone calls from editoral i wrote in local paper about this and being thanked for printing the article for them to. can you please help me and other women who have been done wrong and no one will do a thing about it. oh yes they make promises ect. but i can prove they lie to cover their mistakes. my sons deserve better and all children should not be put through the emotional part of losing half of their mothers income for them to live on. god bless and thankyou sincerly Mary Davis e-mail dvscrzzy@aol.com

    Comments: Chris Atkinson, a multi milionair and COO of Serica Energy in Singapore has failed to pay cs since 2000. I dealt with the Texas Attorney Generals' office and they are totally useless, clueless and unskilled. Our taxes are wasted when it comes to these paper pushers.

    Comments: I am on disability and can't get help for my children because i make more than allowed by the state. 3 people are expected to live on less than 10,000 dollars a year. csru in iowa does nothing to punish him for non payment. every month we decide on utilities or food which would you choose I am fed up with laws not supporting children who can't take care of them selves when the father is out drinking and dressing in the best and his children are wondering if they will get a next meal.

    Comments: Every time I ever collected any child support I found my ex myself or called the sheriff of the town he lived in to get the warrant served. It has been almost a year (again) since my ex has paid anything. He still owes more than $5,000 in arrears.

    Comments: I have been trying for about 12 years to collect child support. everytime they would get an address on their father he would move. In February of 2004 I finally got a child, support order. wasnt until August that i received my first of 5 and one half payments in 12 years. Now i keep getting the run around we can only do so much blah blah blah. AND on top of that I am being told my Tennessee that I have no right to contact their offices my self i Must go through my local agency. Why I do not collect any assistance from the state in which i live in. So i feel that I should be able to call and complain and rip someones ear off through the phone for my children if i feel then need. Now i know there are many out there like me, and i am not out looking for a sympathy card, just to get what is owed to my children from their deadbeat father!!!!!!!!!!

    Comments: My son's dad has hardly payed his support. My ex husband has been very abusive with our son, and neglectful, during visitations. I am now being brought to court BY him. He is in prison for not paying support evidently on other children of his.. He wants his payments now lowered by Indiana Courts because he is incarcerated...I am disgusted with this deadbeat dad...

    Comments: The deadbeat father is hiding in a NY State halfway house with free food, a roof over his head and even after not appearing in court, not being arrested for contempt of court. Being tol by Massachusetts CSE different stories, getting promises and the usual 'give us 90 days'. What rights do my kids have The Judge in a hearing deemed the deadbeat as capable of work and that he must pay...well why is no one enforcing these laws Does one have to be Bobby Brown to get arrested!!!!

    Comments: Lupe Castillo aka Lu Castillo (known to live in Arlington, Austin and Corpus Christi, TX) owes $30k to my husband. TX OAG finally is going to take her to the court for non support. It's been 6 mo since her last payment before she dissapears. I know TX OAG does not call her - just send her letters. They should pursue past-due child support more aggressively.
