My goal is to stop convicted sexual offenders whom were charged with sexual assult on children from having any parental rights of their children. There are too many children out there that are victims of sexual assult. Many of those children are vicitimized by a parent. We need to protect our children and let them keep their innocence of childhood. Many children are vicimized and are affraid to say anything or they do but there is not always a way to protect them due to the law. Sexual offenders as of right now are allowed to have supervised visitation of their children. The catch with this is that the person supervising the visits can be a family member of theirs or if one is lucky the court will order an Ad Litem. But in the cases of the family members supervising the visitation, it is hard to get it changed to someone else supervising the visitation after the court allows the family member. And in some cases the family member does not stick around for the visitation and just drops the children off. So we need to do what we can to protect our youth. All I am asking is for signitures to help protect our youth from sexual predator parents. Thank you.
