I Desiree Ellis, is petitioning the Circuit Court of Cross County, Arkansas in the matter of guardianship of my daughter Abagail L. Felts, case # NO PR 2009-31-3.  I see no reason why I should not have sole custody of my daughter Abagail L. Felts after resolving my personal issues as stated in paragraph 13 of the previous guardianship order dtded 22 Oct 2009, such as divorce, stress, domestic violence and seizures.

Abagail L. Felts is my beautiful, loving daughter that needs to be with her mother. I believe I have shown progress since my past mistakes.  I currently attained sole custody of my 12 year old daughter Madison since 2010.  My reasons for my petition is that since then, I've been through a divorce, which alleviated my stress and seizures.  Therefore there has since been no signs of domestic violence and no repeats of my past mistakes. 

I therefore request sole custody of my daughter Abagail L. Felts.  I recognize the financial and personal responsibilities it takes to be a mother.  I am confident that I can definitely be a great mother to my daughter now and in the future.  I will have no trouble with the eduation, health and safety of my daughter. 

In closing, I feel I am ready to be a supportive mother to my daughter Abagail L. Felts.
